The brewing group cannot be reinserted after it has been removed.
 
The drive may not be in the correct position. Check whether the water container is filled and the drip tray is inserted. Switch the device OFF and ON again and then press the on/off button and the coffee strength control buttons at the same time for more than 2 seconds. The drive moves into position. Then put the brewing unit back in and check that it is locked correctly.
